Paintball is a classic plan that since a few years ago hadn’t seen the light in Pedralbes Residence Hall. However, this year, after some negotiations, there was a bid in the Paintball “Els Maquis”, near Igualada. The attendance was significant (18 residents), who organized themselves in cars to go there. Tomás Masó was the undisputed “killer” of the day, with 27 casualties, followed by Javi Gallostra (25), Alejandro Elías (15), and Pablo Pemán (10). Two teams were made that had to be readjusted, and 5 different game modes were played. The first one consisted on trying to hold until the last member of the team fell defeated in a field with towers, tanks, abandoned cars, and bunkers, set in World War II. The second, capturing the flag in a forest of trails with bases. The third, killing the president, cross country. The fourth, killing the opponent against the clock with unlimited lives for one team, and then vice versa. And the fifth, taking the bomb to the enemy base, in a field full of obstacles. The final assessment of the players was very positive, and it has already been proposed to do another paintball for the second quarter.
